This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting.  No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting.  Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three  minutes.

5.         Road Resurface-Repair- Ditch Clean-out

A. Carol Lane – Consider and take possible action on re-surfacing Carol Lane, cleaning out ditches, open blocked culverts, replace where necessary and patch potholes.

B. Rockett Lane – Consider and take possible action on cleaning out ditches and repairing areas which constantly break down.
            
C. Randy Road – Consider and take possible action on cleaning out ditches and repairing areas which constantly break down.

6.         Trash-off – The trash-off is scheduled for April 23^rd with a rain date of April 30^th.

 

7.         Consider and take possible action on Ordinance 2022-01 canceling the general election May 7, 2022.

 

8.         Consider and take possible action on the radio quotes for the Marshal’s office.
