This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting. No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting. Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.

5. Consider and take possible action authorizing the sale of Carol Lane lot .25-acre property ID#226364 (TR A ABDNRD REDOAK HTS #2 0.251 ACRES) by sealed bids and establish dates and rules for the sale.
6. A. Consider and take possible action on approving the NEGOTIATED settlement between the Atmos cities steering committee (“ACSC”) and ATMOS ENERGY CORP., mid-tex DIVISION regarding the company’s “2023 RATE
REVIEW MECHANISM” filing.
B. Consider and take possible action on approving a RESOLUTION of the city council of the city of City of Pecan Hill, Texas, approving a NEGOTIATED settlement between the Atmos cities steering committee (“ACSC”) and ATMOS ENERGY CORP., mid-tex DIVISION regarding the company’s 2023 rate review mechanism filing.
7. Consider and take possible action on hiring a new employee for the office admin. to assist Shelley.
8. Consider and take possible action on wage increases for the staff.
9. Consider and act on re-scheduling our September Council meeting to September 12, 2023,
for the second planning and budget meeting and to adopt the tax rate.
