NOTICE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING

AGENDA

 

1.         City Council: Call to Order and Identification of a Quorum.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Citizens Comments

This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting.  No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting.  Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.

4.          City Council Consent Agenda.

All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below.  There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

1. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting.
2. Approval of Financials

 

ACTION ITEMS 

5.          City Council Regular Agenda                                                                    

A. Consider adopting Ordinance No. 2021-01 providing a subdivision engineering/inspection fee of four percent (4) of public improvements construction costs.

B. Consider adopting Ordinance No. 2021-02 amending the City of Pecan Hill’s subdivision ordinance, providing for the organization and numbering of Article 10.02, providing mandatory homeowners’ association regulations, and repealing and replacing Article 10.02, Section X, with the provisions of Resolution 87-2 as amended.

C. Consider adopting Ordinance No. 2021-03 adopting the 2018 International Fire Code with certain amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

D. Consider adopting the updated Fee Schedule “Appendix A” of fees in Article 1.000 Building Related Fees, Section 1.100.

E. Consider and take possible action on the Electrical bid from WiredTaz Electrical Services, for the City Hall Garage.
