NOTICE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING

AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pecan Hill, Texas will hold a Regular Meeting at the above named date, time and location for the purpose, consideration and action of all items listed below.

1. Identification of a quorum.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Citizens Comments

This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting. No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting. Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.

4. Consent Agenda

All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
A. Approval of Minutes, January 2019
B. Approval of Financial Reports, February 2019

5. Consider and take possible action on the Final Plat, JACKSON ESTATES 4.441 ACRES, situated in the W. Mcgill Survey, ABSTRACT 740, 1 residential lot in the City of Pecan Hill at the corner of Rocket Lane & Bells Chapel Rd.

6. Consider and take possible action on 1 quote with 3 options from Ellis County Commissioner to fix the culverts on Highmeadow & Glenbrook

7. Consider and take possible action on 1 quote from Ellis County Commissioner to fix and re-surface Highmeadow Rd.

8. Consideration and take possible action relative to the May 4, 2019 general municipal election. The City Council will consider and take possible action on accepting certification of unopposed candidates and Ordinance 2019-01 canceling the May 4, 2019 election.

9. Consider and take possible action on Resolution 2019-01 Authorizing Continued Participation with the Atmos Cities Steering Committee; and Authorizing the Payment of .5 cents per Capita to the Atmos Cities Steering Committee to fund Regulatory and Related Activities Related to the Atmos Energy Corporation.
