NOTICE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
1094 South Lowrance, Pecan Hill, TX
November 19th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pecan Hill, Texas will hold a Regular Meeting at the above named date, time and location for the purpose, consideration and action of all items listed below.
1. Identification of a quorum.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Citizens Comments
This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting. No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting. Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.
4. Consent Agenda
All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
A. Approval of Minutes, October 2019
B. Approval of Financial Reports, October 2019
5. Action Items
A. Consider and take possible action on approval of sale of ROW between #9 Brian Place and #7 Brian Place to Steven Peters. Must determine a sales price at fair market value. Must consider abandoning the ROW, a survey, attorney fees and closing costs, etc.
B. Consider and take possible action on approval of sale of ROW west of #10 Brian Place at end of Randy Rd. Same considerations as above.
C. Consider and take possible action on approval of a fire hydrant on Rockett Ln near Lowrance Ln.
